Ingredients

  • 1 salmon filet
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • coriander (ground)

Instructions

  • Add oil to saute pan. When HOT, add salmon filet skin side down.
  • Season meat with coriander.
  • When cooked about halfway, turn fillet over and finish in broiler.
  • Skin should be crispy! Serve skin side up.
