Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies. Add Evil Aromatics, fish sauce, rice noodles, coconut milk, and basil.
Cook noodles until soft, drop portion into pasta bowl and cover.
Clean wok, add oil. Add shrimp and sambal. Add broth and cook shrimp through. Serve on top of noodles.
Garnish with cucumbers, scallions, and cilantro.
