Pon Pon Chicken
Great cold dish! Peanut and sesame butters, garlic, ginger, hot oil, and Sichuan pepper, over thinly sliced chicken breast.

Step One Ingredients

peanut butter

sesame paste
(not tahini)

cup
garlic
(chopped, fresh)

sugar

Sichuan pepper
Hot Tea
1¾-2
cups
black tea
(hot!)
Step Three Ingredients
1
cup
dark soy sauce
1
cup
light soy
¼
cup
sesame oil
¾
cup
red wine vinegar

cups
soybean oil
Instructions
Blend all Step One ingredients in Hobart on slow speed. Scrape sides and bottom.
Quickly add hot tea to mixture.
Mix together the Step 3 ingredients separately, shake well, then add to Step One ingredients. Mix well.
Notes
If too thick or mix does not combine well, add
up to
1-2 cups of
hot
water and blend well, scraping sides and bottom.
