Ingredients

(blanched)

vegetable broth
green beans

Green Curry Sauce
basil
Instructions
Stir fry pork in oiled wok until browned.
Add garlic, onions, yams, and broth. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add grean beans. Mix well and heat through.
Add curry and basil.
Serve thai boat style and garnish with basil leaves/flowers.
