  • 2 cups cilantro (minced)
  • cups mint (minced, no stems)
  • 1 quart yogurt (plain)

Instructions

  • Mince herbs.
  • Buzz in processor with ⅓ cup yogurt.
  • Fold herb mixture into remaining yogurt gently.
