Ingredients

Ingredient Group 1

  • 2 cups butter (softened)
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 8 eggs (well beaten)
  • 4 teaspoons almond extract

Ingredient Group 2

  • teaspoons salt
  • 6 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Ingredient Group 3

  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and almond extract.
  • Sift Ingredient Group 2.
  • Add Ingredient Groups 2 and 3 alternatively, scraping down sides.
  • Grease and paper loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350F for 55min.
