Instructions
Stir fry garlic, ginger, lemongrass, pork, onions until browned and lovely.
Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until potato and pork are tender. Add additional milk and broth
if
necessary to keep it saucy.
When nearly done, add cilantro and tangerines.
