Instructions
Cake
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add cream of tartar.
Fold in flour, sugar, cocoa.
Pour in flute pan. Bake 35 min [no temp given]. Cool upside down.
Frosting
Beat whipping cream, blend in sugar and cocoa.
