Ingredients
- ½ gallon vodka (Absolut or otherwise)
- 1 cup honey (good Vermont honey!)
- 1½ cups water
- ¾ cup brown sugar (light)
- 1½ vanilla beans (cut lengthwise)
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add honey, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Cool, add Absolut to taste.
