Instructions
Heat oil over medium in a heavy
pot.
Add nuts, sprinkle ½ cup sugar.
Saute until sugar carmelizes.
Remove to heavy metal bowl, toss immediately with salt, cumin, pepper, and 1 T sugar. Store airtight.
