Ingredients
- 5 cups basil (clean)
- ¾ cup oil (½ olive, if available)
- ⅓ cup pignoli (or walnuts, filberts)
- 1½ Tablespoons fish sauce (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon chili paste w/garlic
- 3 Tablespoons garlic (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon sambal
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil

- Process all ingredients to a smooth paste.
