Ingredients
- 2½ cups sambal
- 18 cups sugar
- 17½ cups white vinegar
- 1 cup garlic (chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons ginger
- 4 cups ketchup
- 6 pounds raisins
Instructions
- Boil all ingredients. Add raisins (after mixture boils!).
- Boil until raisins are plump and soft. Cool.
- Processed until smooth.
