Second Ingredients

cup
coconut milk
mock chicken
(or shrimp!)

Tablespoon
fish sauce
(for shrimp)

Tablespoon
soy sauce
(for mock chicken)

teaspoon
salt
(for mock chicken)
rice noodles
Instructions
Stir fry first ingredients until almost done. Add 1 round of sherry, remove.
Add mock chicken or shrimp with coconut milk and selected additions.
Add back the veggies.
Toss with rice noodles, garnish with cilantro.
