Ingredients

First Ingredients

  • ½ fork garlic
  • ½ fork ginger
  • jalapeños (to taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon basil
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon curry-cumin mix
  • onion (diced)
  • scallion (diced)
  • carrots
  • pea pods
  • cucumbers
  • broccoli
  • sherry

Second Ingredients

  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • mock chicken (or shrimp!)
  • 1 Tablespoon fish sauce (for shrimp)
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce (for mock chicken)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (for mock chicken)
  • rice noodles

Instructions

  • Stir fry first ingredients until almost done. Add 1 round of sherry, remove.
  • Add mock chicken or shrimp with coconut milk and selected additions.
  • Add back the veggies.
  • Toss with rice noodles, garnish with cilantro.
