- ½ fork garlic
- ½ fork ginger
- jalapeños (to taste)
- 1 Tablespoon basil
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon curry-cumin mix
- onion (diced)
- scallion (diced)
- carrots
- pea pods
- cucumbers
- broccoli
- sherry
Second Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- mock chicken (or shrimp!)
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce (for shrimp)
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce (for mock chicken)
- 1 teaspoon salt (for mock chicken)
- rice noodles
Instructions
- Stir fry first ingredients until almost done. Add 1 round of sherry, remove.
- Add mock chicken or shrimp with coconut milk and selected additions.
- Add back the veggies.
- Toss with rice noodles, garnish with cilantro.
