Instructions
Heat oil, brown meat gently, 2-3 minutes.
Add wine, bean sauce, scallions, sugar, garlic, ginger. Stir together, add broth.
Pour some over hot noodles. Serve with shredded scallions, chopped garlic, and chopped, seeded, and cored cukes.
