Ingredients

Veggies

  • onion
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • scallions ("inchers")
  • bamboo shoots ("shoots")
  • mushrooms ("zoomers")

Meat

  • beef
  • 1 fork garlic
  • 1 fork ginger
  • ½ fork fermented black beans

Sauce

  • 1 round sherry
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 dashes sesame oil

Instructions

  • Stir fry veggies briefly, set aside.
  • Add beer, ginger, garlic, black bean sauce.
  • When ¾ cooked, add back Veggies. Then add sauce.
  • Serve on donut of rice on a large black plate.
