Ingredients

  • handful tofu
  • onions
  • 1 fork garlic
  • 1 fork ginger
  • cashews
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • baby corn
  • bamboo shoots
  • red peppers
  • sesame oil
  • soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce (vegetarian)

Instructions

  • Cook tofu in wok until golden brown.
  • Add onions, garlic, ginger, and cashews.
  • Add veggies. Add sauce.
  • Finish with oyster sauce.
  • Plate on a donut of rice.
