Briefly stir fry carrots and bok choy.
Add 1 fork of garlic, teaspoon of sesame oil, honey, black pepper, 1/2 the chili paste.
Plate on a reverse donut and cover [see index].
Add beef to wok. Add remaining garlic, stir fry briefly.
Add a round of sesame oil, oyster sauce, hoisin, remaining chili paste. Season with pepper.
Serve on top of veggies. Garnish with sprouts and scallions.
