
Ingredients
- carrots (julienned)
- bok choy
- 2 forks garlic
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chinese chili paste
- beef
- 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
- black pepper
- sprouts
- scallions
Instructions
- Briefly stir fry carrots and bok choy.
- Add 1 fork of garlic, teaspoon of sesame oil, honey, black pepper, 1/2 the chili paste.
- Plate on a reverse donut and cover [see index].
- Add beef to wok. Add remaining garlic, stir fry briefly.
- Add a round of sesame oil, oyster sauce, hoisin, remaining chili paste. Season with pepper.
- Serve on top of veggies. Garnish with sprouts and scallions.
