Ingredients

  • carrots (julienned)
  • bok choy
  • 2 forks garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese chili paste
  • beef
  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • black pepper
  • sprouts
  • scallions

Instructions

  • Briefly stir fry carrots and bok choy.
  • Add 1 fork of garlic, teaspoon of sesame oil, honey, black pepper, 1/2 the chili paste.
  • Plate on a reverse donut and cover [see index].
  • Add beef to wok. Add remaining garlic, stir fry briefly.
  • Add a round of sesame oil, oyster sauce, hoisin, remaining chili paste. Season with pepper.
  • Serve on top of veggies. Garnish with sprouts and scallions.
