- toasted sesame seeds
- 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
- dark soy sauce
- fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Coat beef with sesame seeds, about 2T.
- Stir fry onions and asparagus quickly. Push aside.
- Add the seed-coated beef. Stir fry until almost cooked through. Reincorporate veggies.
- Add three "rounds" of water, hoisin, and dark soy and/or fish sauce.
- Heat to bubbling and sauce coats meat and veggies.
- Service on rice donut with a 1 teaspoon sesame seed garnish.
