Shanghai Beef and Rice Noodles

Ingredients

  • broccoli
  • onions
  • carrots
  • peppers
  • sprouts
  • 1 fork garlic
  • ½ fork fermented black beans
  • beef
  • handful rice noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sherry
  • 1 dash sesame oil

Instructions

  • Quickly stir fry all veggies. Remove.
  • Stir fry garlic, black beans, beef briefly.
  • Re-add veggies, rice noodles. Mix and heat through.
  • Add soy, oyster, sherry, sesame and mix well.
  • Serve in a pasta bowl.
