
Ingredients
- broccoli
- onions
- carrots
- peppers
- sprouts
- 1 fork garlic
- ½ fork fermented black beans
- beef
- handful rice noodles
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sherry
- 1 dash sesame oil
Instructions
- Quickly stir fry all veggies. Remove.
- Stir fry garlic, black beans, beef briefly.
- Re-add veggies, rice noodles. Mix and heat through.
- Add soy, oyster, sherry, sesame and mix well.
- Serve in a pasta bowl.
