Coat beef with sesame seeds, about 2T.
Stir fry onions and asparagus quickly. Push aside.
Add the seed-coated beef. Stir fry until almost cooked through. Reincorporate veggies.
Add three "rounds" of water, hoisin, and dark soy and/or fish sauce.
Heat to bubbling and sauce coats meat and veggies.
Service on rice donut with a 1 teaspoon sesame seed garnish.
