bamboo shoots

black mushrooms

fish sauce
sesame oil
Instructions
Heat oil in wok, add ginger and chili paste.
Add chicken and cook through.
Add ginger, bamboo, pea pods, celery, and mushrooms. Stir fry together.
Add sherry, fish sauce, and sesame.
