peanut butter

coconut milk
((1½ cups))

onions

scallion
((chopped fine))
Instructions
Halve all ingredients.
Dice onions, then process smooth in processor.
Add sea legs and process with pulse action to break down legs.
Add rest of ingredients
except pork.
Mix 5 pounds of pork with seafood in Hobart.
Repeat last 4 steps.
Make meatballs using #30 scoop. [2-2.5 T]
Put on baking rack on large sheet pan.
Spray rack with Vegelene (cooking spray).
Freeze on rack.
Notes
15 pounds of meat - adjust accordingly.
