fish sauce
Instructions
Oil in wok. Stir fry veggies, ginger, and garlic. Remove and plate on a rice donut, cover.
Oil in wok. Add shrimp, aromatics, fish sauce. Maybe a little veggie stock. Stir fry until done and place on top of veggies. Note the diagram.
