  • 1 Tablespoon oyster sauce (vegan/vegetarian)

  • ½ teaspoon sherry
  • 1 pound bok choy (baby or small "inner" bok choy pieces)
  • roasted red pepper (slices)
  • carrot
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • bean sprouts
  • halved baby corn or other vegs
