- 2 cups sesame oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¾ cups apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- ½ cup shiitake (fine dice)
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 Tablespoon ginger
