- ½ gallon black mushroom tea
- ½ gallon veggie stock (water + 5-6 Tablespoons veggie powder)
- 1 cup soy sauce
- handful cabbage (thin sliced)
- few scallions (inchers)
- few black mushrooms
- 4 triangles tofo
- In a sauce pan, add serving ingredients. Add basic broth just to cover veggies. Bring to boil.
- Garnish with cilantro.
