Ingredients

Basic Broth

  • ½ gallon black mushroom tea
  • ½ gallon veggie stock (water + 5-6 Tablespoons veggie powder)
  • 1 cup soy sauce

To Serve

  • handful cabbage (thin sliced)
  • few scallions (inchers)
  • few black mushrooms
  • 4 triangles tofo

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan, add serving ingredients. Add basic broth just to cover veggies. Bring to boil.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
