  • onions
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • pea pods
  • baby corn
  • celery
  • bamboo shoots
  • sprouts
  • 1 round sherry
  • Crispy Sauce
  • 4 shrimp (or scallops)
  • rice flour


  • Oil in wok – add veggies and sherry. Stir fry until just about done. Plate according to diagram on card.
  • Heat Crispy Sauce in sautee pan.
  • Flour shrimp/scallops in rice flour.
  • Fry shrimp/scallops in wok used to stir fry veggies.
