- pea pods
- baby corn
- bamboo shoots
- 1 round sherry
- Crispy Sauce
- 4 shrimp (or scallops)
- rice flour
- Oil in wok – add veggies and sherry. Stir fry until just about done. Plate according to diagram on card.
- Heat Crispy Sauce in sautee pan.
- Flour shrimp/scallops in rice flour.
- Fry shrimp/scallops in wok used to stir fry veggies.
