Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 green peppers large, fine dice
  • 2 red peppers large, fine dice
  • ½ cup bamboo shoots fine dice
  • 3 scallions fine dice
  • 1 Tablespoon jalapeños dry, diced – or 3 T fresh, fine dice
  • 6 Tablespoons garlic chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons ginger fresh
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons five spice powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Store covered, in a 6" clear plastic insert.
