
Ingredients
- 2 green peppers (large, fine dice)
- 2 red peppers (large, fine dice)
- ½ cup bamboo shoots (fine dice)
- 3 scallions (fine dice)
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeños (dry, diced – or 3 T fresh, fine dice)
- 6 Tablespoons garlic (chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons ginger (fresh)
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 Tablespoons five spice powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Store covered, in a 6" clear plastic insert.
