- 3 oranges
- 2 apples
- ½ cup basil (chopped)
- 3 Tablespoons garlic
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 forks sambal (or less)
- salt (to taste – or use fish sauce)
- Peel apples and oranges. Remove pulp / pits, slice into segments.
- Add apple, orange slices, basil, and garlic to processor. Puree.
- Once pureed, add lemon, sambal, salt. Fish sauce optional. Puree again until mixed.
