Line Recipe

  1. Oil in wok:
    1/2 cup onions (cut in triangle shape)
    1/2 cup peppers (cut in triangle shape)
    1/2 cup zukes

    Cook until half done. Remove to tureen.
  2. Oil in wok:
    1/2 scoop chicken

    Cook to almost done. Remove from wok.
  3. Oil in wok:
    5-7 chilies to blacken
    2 Tablespoons (scant) Burmese Ruby Sauce
  4. Add back chicken – mix well. Add back vegetables – mix well.
  5. Serve: donut.
  6. Garnish: chopped peanuts, cilantro.
