Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon red curry paste
  • 4 jalapeños
  • beef
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon lemongrass
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • broccoli (or mock broccoli)
  • onions
  • baby corn
  • red peppers
  • bamboo shoot
  • shiitake

Instructions

  • Stir fry curry paste, jalapenos, and beef briefly. Set aside.
  • Combine coconut milk, fish sauce, lemongrass, and sugar. Add to wok with all veggies.
  • Add back beef. Simmer briefly. Serve with lo mein.
