- ½ teaspoon red curry paste
- 4 jalapeños
- beef
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon fish sauce
- ½ teaspoon lemongrass
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- broccoli (or mock broccoli)
- onions
- baby corn
- red peppers
- bamboo shoot
- shiitake
Instructions
- Stir fry curry paste, jalapenos, and beef briefly. Set aside.
- Combine coconut milk, fish sauce, lemongrass, and sugar. Add to wok with all veggies.
- Add back beef. Simmer briefly. Serve with lo mein.
