- ⅙ cup nectarines
- pea pods
- sambal (2 *s worth)
- ⅙ cup chicken
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- Briefly stir fry onions, nectarines, pea pods, and celery. Set aside.
- Add garlic and sambal.
- Add chicken, coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce. Stir fry until chicken is cooked.
- Add back veggies, serve on a rice donut. Garnish with cilantro.
Measures are based on a wok spoon == 1/2 cup.
