  • onions
  • cup nectarines
  • pea pods
  • celery
  • garlic
  • sambal (2 *s worth)
  • cup chicken
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon fish sauce


  • Briefly stir fry onions, nectarines, pea pods, and celery. Set aside.
  • Add garlic and sambal.
  • Add chicken, coconut milk, sugar, fish sauce. Stir fry until chicken is cooked.
  • Add back veggies, serve on a rice donut. Garnish with cilantro.


Measures are based on a wok spoon == 1/2 cup.
