- bamboo shoots
- ⅜ cup Thai Vegetarian Pork
- Oil in wok. Add garlic. Add veggies and stir fry briefly. Celery should be crisp.
- Add "pork." Mix together, moisten with stock if necessary.
- Serve on a rice donut, garnish with shredded romaine, scallions, sprouts.
