- sweet potatoes (or carrots)
- pea pods
- red cabbage (just a little)
- 5 shakes Sesame-Salt Mix (see below)
- Sweet Red Curry Sauce (see below)
- fish (bass, snapper, trout, and firm flesh variety)
- Start to grill or steam fish.
- Oil in wok, stir fry veggies.
- Add Sesame Salt mix. Heat sweet curry sauce separately.
- Serve with veggies on plate, fish on veggies, sauce to nap fish.
- Garnish with shredded radish and scallions (julies).
