- 1 star jalapeños (essentially – heat to taste)
- ¼ cup sauce
- Oil in wok, add peppers. Add onions and peppers.
- Add fish, toss several times.
- As sauce, reduce until almost entirely gone.
- Plate on an inverted rice dish, no garnish.
We’re not sure exactly what sauce is called for here. It could be the Sweet Curry Sauce from this recipe.
