Ingredients

  • onions
  • pea pods
  • ½ fork garlic
  • ½ fork ginger
  • celery
  • bamboo shoots
  • scallions ("inchers")
  • beef
  • lo mein noodles
  • ¼ cup beef stock
  • ¼ cup hoisin sauce
  • fork sambal
  • ½ fork fermented black beans
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ Tablespoon black pepper
  • carrot (julienned)
  • cucumber (julienned)
  • bean sprouts
  • scallions ("julies")

Instructions

  • Oil in wok. Add all ingredients through black pepper and cook through. Serve in bowl.
  • Garnish with julienned veggies, sprouts, julies.
