- potatoes (blanched, julienned)
- carrots (julienned)
- bok choy
- lo mein noodles
- mung bean sprouts
- 1 round sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Stir fry.
- Served in pasta bowl. Garnish with sprouts, juliennes of egg omelet, juliennes of scallion, and sesame seeds.
