  • tofu
  • 1 fork ginger
  • 1 fork garlic
  • potatoes (blanched, julienned)
  • carrots (julienned)
  • bok choy
  • lo mein noodles
  • mung bean sprouts
  • 1 round sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce


  • Stir fry.
  • Served in pasta bowl. Garnish with sprouts, juliennes of egg omelet, juliennes of scallion, and sesame seeds.
