- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons Yellow Curry Paste
- ¼ cup mustard
- 2½ Tablespoons sugar
- ¼ cup paprika
- ¼ cup cumin
- ¼ cup coriander
- 2 Tablespoons veggie powder for stock
- 2 Tablespoons lemon peel powder
