Ingredients

  • 1 duck
  • 1 fork garlic
  • 1 fork ginger
  • ¼ cup sauce (see note)
  • Triple Sec
  • onions
  • broccoli
  • pea pods
  • celery
  • bamboo shoots
  • baby corn
  • mushroom (zoomers)
  • cornstarch (slurry)

Instructions

  • Place duck in 375F oven. When done, let rest.
  • Oil in wok, stir fry with garlic and ginger.
  • Add sauce and one round of Triple Sec.
  • Add veggies, stir fry.
  • Add corn start slurry to thicken.
