
Ingredients
- 1 duck
- 1 fork garlic
- 1 fork ginger
- ¼ cup sauce (see note)
- Triple Sec
- onions
- broccoli
- pea pods
- celery
- bamboo shoots
- baby corn
- mushroom (zoomers)
- cornstarch (slurry)
Instructions
- Place duck in 375F oven. When done, let rest.
- Oil in wok, stir fry with garlic and ginger.
- Add sauce and one round of Triple Sec.
- Add veggies, stir fry.
- Add corn start slurry to thicken.
