- 6-7 ounce chicken breast (marinated)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon curry paste
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- golden raisins
- scallions (dicers)
- rice (day-old, cold)
- Place marinated chicken on well lubricated grill.
- In a saute pan, heat up curry, coconut milk, and fish sauce. Add golden raisins, scallions.
- Add rice and heat up.
- Steam carrots and zucchini.
- Slice chicken and plate on large black plate.
