
Ingredients
- onions (a liberal amount)
- ½ fork garlic
- 1 fork ginger
- broccoli (a modest handful)
- ⅙ cup golden raisins
- 1 shake salt
- 1 shake sugar
- tofu (22 squares each – kidding)
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 dash sesame oil
Instructions
- Oil in wok
- Add onions, garlic, ginger.
- Add broccoli and raisins, salt and sugar.
- Add tofi and sesame.
- On rice donut, garnish with pine nuts and red pepper flakes.
Notes
Note that the original instructions had “1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vegan oyster sauce” instead of just soy sauce.
