Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange juice (reduced by half)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon mint
  • 3 segments grapefruit
  • 3 segments orange
  • 1 Tablespoon citrus zest
  • Triple Sec
  • cooked pasta
  • 2 Tablespoons grated coconut cream
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons green tea (STRONG)
  • fish, shrimp, or chicken

Instructions

  • Heat OJ and cream in wok. Reduce to thick, creamy consistency.
  • In a saute pan, heat oil, ginger, asparagus, cilantro, mint.
  • When the asparagus is nearly done, add the citrus ingredients.
  • Flame with Triple Sec.
  • Add pasta to the cream redux.
  • Add veggies to pasta and toss.
  • Add coconut cream and tea.
  • Fish, shrimp, chicken, etc., optional.
