- ½ cup orange juice ((reduced by half))
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon mint
- 3 segments grapefruit
- 3 segments orange
- 1 Tablespoon citrus zest
- Triple Sec
- cooked pasta
- 2 Tablespoons grated coconut cream
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons green tea ((STRONG))
- fish, shrimp, or chicken
Instructions
- Heat OJ and cream in wok. Reduce to thick, creamy consistency.
- In a saute pan, heat oil, ginger, asparagus, cilantro, mint.
- When the asparagus is nearly done, add the citrus ingredients.
- Flame with Triple Sec.
- Add pasta to the cream redux.
- Add veggies to pasta and toss.
- Add coconut cream and tea.
- Fish, shrimp, chicken, etc., optional.
