  1. does anyone know what dishes this special brown meat sauce was used in? Just curious, seems like would be good general stir fry sauce, but if anyone remembers…

  2. It’s possible – likely, even – that this sauce is referenced somewhere in the ~300+ remaining recipes we still need to transcribe. If we find the connection, we’ll be sure to make it known.

  3. 300!!! Wow. Where did all of these recipes come from? What’s the history? Seems like only a few dozen were ever on the menu.
