- 5 ounces pork (cubes)
- 1 fork garlic
- yams (blanched)
- 1 spoon vegetable broth
- green beans
- ½ wok spoon Green Curry Sauce
- Stir fry pork in oiled wok until browned.
- Add garlic, onions, yams, and broth. Cook 2-3 minutes.
- Add grean beans. Mix well and heat through.
- Add curry and basil.
- Serve thai boat style and garnish with basil leaves/flowers.
