  • 5 ounces pork (cubes)
  • 1 fork garlic
  • onions
  • yams (blanched)
  • 1 spoon vegetable broth
  • green beans
  • ¼ cup Green Curry Sauce
  • basil


  • Stir fry pork in oiled wok until browned.
  • Add garlic, onions, yams, and broth. Cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add grean beans. Mix well and heat through.
  • Add curry and basil.
  • Serve thai boat style and garnish with basil leaves/flowers.
