Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon ghee

Ingredient Batch 1

  • leeks (diced)
  • scallions (diced)
  • fork garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Indian Curry Powder (note that recipe is missing)
  • pinch garam masala
  • pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • pinch ginger
  • mushrooms (mix – "ports, butts, shiits")
  • red pepper flakes
  • coconut milk
  • pea pods
  • carrots

Instructions

  • Heat ghee and add heat the first ingredient batch.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Plate like chicken curry, garnish with julies.
