Singapore Noodles with Tofu

  • onion
  • tofu
  • carrots
  • scallions
  • pea pods
  • black mushrooms
  • green cabbage
  • 1 fork garlic
  • 1 fork sambal
  • lo mein noodles
  • 1 Tablespoon curry powder (Javin brand)
  • red pepper flakes
  • ½ Tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ Tablespoon light soy
  • bean sprouts


  • Prep your veggies.
  • Stir fry, in order:
    onions, tofu, all veggies except sprouts
  • Add garlic, ginger.
  • Add lo mein. Add curry powder and red pepper flakes.
  • Add soy. Remove from heat.
  • Add bean sprouts, serve in a pasta bowl and garnish with julies.
