- onion
- tofu
- carrots
- scallions
- pea pods
- black mushrooms
- green cabbage
- 1 fork garlic
- 1 fork sambal
- lo mein noodles
- 1 Tablespoon curry powder (Javin brand)
- red pepper flakes
- ½ Tablespoon dark soy sauce
- ½ Tablespoon light soy
- bean sprouts
Instructions
- Prep your veggies.
- Stir fry, in order:onions, tofu, all veggies except sprouts
- Add garlic, ginger.
- Add lo mein. Add curry powder and red pepper flakes.
- Add soy. Remove from heat.
- Add bean sprouts, serve in a pasta bowl and garnish with julies.
