
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup chicken
- ⅓ cup pork (ground)
- scallions
- onion (diced)
- 1 fork garlic
- cabbage (thinly sliced)
- bean sprouts
- 2 whole chilies
- 1 fork ginger
- 4 shrimp
- 1 Tablespoon soy
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Oil in wok, add chicken, pork, scallions, onion, and garlic. Stir fry until par cooked and remove.
- Oil in wok, add cabbage, bean sprouts, chilis, ginger, shrimp, soy and fish sauces, and sugar.
- Add back other ingredients.
- Serve on inverted rice plate, garnish with cilantro.
Notes
Note the later direction to serve on fried noodles and not rice.
