
Ingredients
- 1 fork garlic
- ½ fork sambal
- beef (or substitute)
- peppers
- baby corn
- bamboo shoots
- celery
- black mushrooms
- lo mein noodles
- 1 round sherry
Wok Spoon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2½ Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 shakes black pepper
Instructions
- Oil in wok, add garlic and sambal.
- Add beef and onions, stir fry until meat is almost done.
- Add remaining vegetables and stir fry briefly.
- Add lo mein. Do not stir. Have lid ready. Circle one with sherry and cover immediately.
- Mix wok spoon ingredients together and add to noodles. Stir until uniform color.
