  • 1 fork garlic
  • ½ fork sambal
  • beef (or substitute)
  • peppers
  • baby corn
  • bamboo shoots
  • celery
  • black mushrooms
  • lo mein noodles
  • 1 round sherry

Wok Spoon

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 shakes black pepper


  • Oil in wok, add garlic and sambal.
  • Add beef and onions, stir fry until meat is almost done.
  • Add remaining vegetables and stir fry briefly.
  • Add lo mein. Do not stir. Have lid ready. Circle one with sherry and cover immediately.
  • Mix wok spoon ingredients together and add to noodles. Stir until uniform color.
